The St. Louis Rams are curious as to why they were penalized 12 times, and the New England Patriots not once, during the Patriots' victory on Sunday, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Tuesday.

And the Rams are taking action about it. They will send to the NFL a video tape of plays on which they think the Patriots should have been flagged, the Post-Dispatch said.
